Adele’s ’25’ Will Finally Be Available On Streaming Platforms

Adele‘s 25 is the biggest album of the last year by a long shot, and depending on your outlook on the music industry, this commercial dominance was achieved either despite or because of the album’s unavailability on streaming services. But now, seven months after its release, the singer’s third album will be available on streaming platforms for the remaining holdouts.

Reps from Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal and Amazon confirmed to Billboard that 25 will be on their services beginning at midnight tonight. Previously, only Adele’s 25 singles had been streamable, along with her prior albums 19 and 21.

It’s entirely possible this new availability causes another chart surge for 25 based on streams, similar to what happened with Kanye West‘s The Life Of Pablo when it made its chart debut months after its release on account of being added to Spotify and Apple.
