Pop Perspective: Fergie's "M.I.L.F. $"
We dissect Fergie's polarizing new single "M.I.L.F. $" in the latest Pop Perspective.

It’s official: will.i.am is returning to The Voice UK next year. He is the first coach to confirm as much, as the talent competition show switches networks. “I know The Voice switched to ITV,” the Grammy-winning artist says in a statement, “but I’m not going to Brexit The Voice UK.”

The Voice UK aired on the BBC for seasons one through five, with will.i.am there since the beginning. This season, however, will.i.am is also coaching contestants on The Voice Kids.

Over the past few months, will.i.am has been teasing a Black Eyed Peas reunion. But with the release of Fergie‘s comeback single “M.I.L.F. $,” along with this TV announcement, that doesn’t seem as likely anymore.

“It just, it breaks my heart that I even have to say that because really we should just… we should just always have been doing Black Eyed Peas actually,” will.i.am said to Capital’s Evening Show back in April. Ironically, that same month he was promoting “Boys and Girls,” his new solo single featuring Pia Mia.
