Watch Kim Kardashian Call Out Taylor Swift For “Famous” Flip-Flop On ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’

After years of Taylor Swift being treated like America’s infallible sweetheart, the pop culture world has been piling on the star in recent weeks. Just this week, her ex Calvin Harris called her out, as Katy Perry basically did the Twitter equivalent of nodding in approval. Today (July 14), Azealia Banks said Taylor stole her “Slay-Z” name, and now the awaited Keeping Up With The Kardashians clip surfaced showing Kim Kardashian explaining why she called out Taylor in that GQ interview.

“I never talk shit about anyone publicly, especially in interviews,” Kim starts. “But I was just like, I’ve so had it…[Taylor] legitimately quote says ‘As soon as I get on that Grammy red carpet, I’m gonna tell all the press I was in on it.'”

In case you’re out of the loop, she’s talking about the “Famous” lyric regarding Swift, “I made that bitch famous.” Kanye has maintained all along that Swift had advance knowledge of the line and approved it; Taylor’s camp denies this. And Kim recently claimed there’s video proof showing Taylor signed off on it.

“[Kanye] called her, spoke to her, she even helped him like rewrite,” she says, adding that it’s “just another way to play the victim” and “at this point, I really don’t give a fuck, so I’ll do whatever to protect my husband.” Kim also speaks the truth about the famous VMA interruption.

If the tide is indeed turning against Taylor, no doubt she’ll somehow try to flip it to make it seem like the (slightly less) popular kids are unfairly ganging up on her. Or she’ll just retreat to her squad.

For now, let’s remember simpler times.
