Britney Spears’ “Make Me” Featuring G-Eazy: Listen To The Brand New Song

Britney Spears‘ lead single off her upcoming ninth album is indeed “Make Me,” which the singer teased on social media way back in early June by posting a pic of herself with collaborator G-Eazy. (We’re guessing, then, that “Private Show” is just a buzz track aimed at helping promote Brit’s fragrance of the same name?)

The sultry, synth-heavy ballad comes packed with the occasional outburst of beats, but overall it’s a much more subdued number than we’re used to hearing Spears kick an album campaign off with. The song was produced by BURNS, who Spears entered the studio with last October, and co-written by Britney, BURNS, Joe Janiak and G-Eazy.

It’s also Britney’s second single in a row featuring a guest rapper, following last year’s “Pretty Girls” with Iggy Azalea.

Give “Make Me” a listen above and see if you think this will be Britney’s big comeback anthem.
