Flume Taps Tove Lo For "Say It"
Aussie DJ Flume teams up with Tove Lo for slinky 'Skin' collab "Say It." Listen.

The first taste of Tove Lo’s sophomore LP could be a lot closer than you think. The Swedish pop star, who broke big in 2014/2015 with huge hits “Habits (Stay High)” and “Talking Body,” has been teasing stills and lyrics from a new project on Instagram. “You do your thing, never wanted a future,” she captioned a Carrie-esque pic in a burning room today (July 20). This comes after an earlier update, which read: “You can run free, I won’t hold it against ya.” Excitingly, she used the hashtag “#soon.”

While it feels like the 28-year-old never went away due to a string of killer collaborations (Flume’s “Say It,” Broods’ “Freak Of Nature,” Years & Years’ “Desire” and Nick Jonas’ “Close”), almost two years have passed since the arrival of Queen Of The Clouds. And if these lyrics are any indication, we’re in for another dose of gloomy electro-pop. I can’t wait! Check out Tove’s Instagram updates below.
