Fans of Christina Grimmie, including fellow YouTube stars, are protesting the 2016 Teen Choice Awards for not paying tribute to the lead singer.

Christina was nominated for Choice Web Star: Music; manager Brian Teefey even encouraged fans to vote. But the TCAs didn’t mention Christina’s name once, during its tribute to victims of recent gun violence or any award presentation that night. The show only announced that Christina won Choice Web Star after the broadcast.

“The fans have a right to be upset,” a source close to Christina told Billboard.

The TCAs had Jessica Alba and Ne-Yo stand with teenaged family and friends of victims, including the son of Alton Sterling. “Tonight, we stand together with these teens united in a call for peace and an end to this violence,” Jessica said, before Ne-Yo covered Marvin Gaye‘s “What’s Going On.”

Christina was shot dead on June 10.
