Lea Michele strips down in the latest Women’s Health UK — specifically, for its annual Naked Issue. The Glee star bares all, including a “Finn” tattoo for the late Cory Monteith on her butt from 2011. But she also spills on how she maintains the cover-worthy physique.
Spoiler: Lea doesn’t take any shortcuts. She tells Women’s Health that she goes to SoulCycle every other day (“When I left Glee, I needed something to replace all the dancing I was doing”). She also eats a gluten-free, vegan diet at home, though she will sometimes eat a hamburger while out.
“Right now, I feel physically in the best shape and emotionally in my best place,” the actress and singer says.
