Britney Spears’ “Private Show”: Listen To The ‘Glory’ Track In Full

Remember that brief window of time three weeks ago, when none of us knew whether “Make Me” or “Private Show” was going to be the lead single off Britney Spears‘ upcoming album? Those were the days.

Funny enough, the “Make Me” video still hasn’t premiered. But at least now we know that Britney’s LP is called Glory, and, as of today, when you pre-order it from iTunes ahead of its August 26 release, you get “Private Show” as an instant grat track.

We pretty much heard a lengthy chunk of the song in that ad for Spears’ Private Show fragrance last month. As noted then, this is Britney sounding her most Chipmunk-like, singing sexy lyrics about stripper poles through filters and studio wizardry atop a throwback soul track.

The aim here may be seduction, but the song comes off more comical than anything else, thanks to Spears’ bizarre vocals. But hey — laughing can be sexy, right?
