Pop Perspective: Tove Lo's "Cool Girl"
Is this another “Stay High”-sized smash, or has Tove Lo slightly missed the mark?

Don’t mess with Normani Kordei of Fifth Harmony.

Earlier this week, folks caught wind of an interview where Normani came up with a single word to describe each member of the group. She had plenty to say about Ally Brooke Hernandez, Lauren Jauregui and Dinah Jane Hansen, but when she got to Camila Cabello, she left it at, “Very quirky. Um, cute.”

Camila fans took this as shade. Blogs took this as another sign that Fifth Harmony doesn’t get along. Normani wasn’t having any of these interpretations.

“I have love and respect for all four of my bandmates whether you choose to believe it or not,” she said on Twitter. “My conscience and spirit are clear. For those of you that enjoy speculating and creating drama that doesn’t exist, please keep in mind that myself and the other girls in the group are PEOPLE, we feel hurt and sadness just like everyone else.”

“This is our story so let us write it our way, instead of you trying to write it for us,” she continued. Read her statement in full below.
