Fetty Wap Looks Back On “Different Now” Off His Next Album: Listen

It’s hard to keep track of Fetty Wap. Seems like he’s been releasing a new song every other week since “Trap Queen” blew up, and the output can be intimidating. But it’s time to get dialed back in on his new stuff because he’s gearing up for his sophomore album later this year.

The latest offering from the LP is “Different Now,” and it’s a trap crooner that’s just as melodic and honest as his prior stuff. What’s “different” is his life status, so the song looks back at those pre-“Trap Queen” days. Lines like “I remember days of wearing hand-me-downs” are a reminder of why the Jersey product is one of rap’s most endearing breakout stars.

The single was produced by Vinylz and Frank Dukes. Listen below.
