Here’s Justin Bieber Covering 2Pac & Tracy Chapman For BBC Live Lounge

A few days ago, an unreleased Justin Bieber reggae-pop song surfaced. Today…he tries to live up to his Biebervelli nickname with a 2Pac cover.

Before you cackle — and you will cackle — he at least picked “Thugz Mansion.” The posthumous single is one of the most easily Bieber-ized songs from Tupac Shakur’s whole discography, since there’s no beat, just acoustic guitars. But the song still requires Bieber to rap about telling his homies how he’s in heaven kickin’ it with Malcolm X, and thus it is a deeply ridiculous endeavor.

His Live Lounge session for BBC Radio 1 also included a far more fitting cover of Tracy Chapman‘s “Fast Car,” plus a string of acoustic versions of his own hits. Watch those below.
