Drake Gets Confronted By Tyra Banks In “Childs Play” Video: Watch
“Why you gotta fight with me at Cheesecake / You know I love to go there,” Drake raps in “Childs Play,” a highlight from his latest album VIEWS.
For the song’s 12-minute video, he brings that lyric to life. He’s at Cheesecake Factory, having just ordered dessert, when his date Tyra Banks sneaks a peek at his phone. That’s when she discovers that Drake has been seeing another girl — on their one-year anniversary.
Drake’s “Childs Play” video inevitably ends up at a strip club, though not without a cameo from his OVO Sound signee OB O’Brien as an incoming club manager. But it’s Tyra who steals the show, when she raises her voice and puts her cheesecake to Drake’s face. “She called you Aubrey,” Tyra says.
Drake co-directed the “Childs Play” video with Carlos “Spiff TV” Suarez. This isn’t to be mistaken for his upcoming short film Please Forgive Me, which is also due this month.
