Lady Gaga Shares “Perfect Illusion” Lyrics
After sharing the “Perfect Illusion” release date and single art via Instagram mosaics, Lady Gaga took the same route to share some lyrics from the new single.
Cropped overtop shots of her in the studio are the lyrics “I don’t need eyes to see / I felt you touchin’ me / High like amphetamine / Maybe you’re just a dream.” Look closely and you can also see photos of Gaga being filmed singing on top of a piano in the desert, which could be a clue about the accompanying video.
“Perfect Illusion” premieres Friday (September 9), and it has production credits from Mark Ronson, Kevin Parker and Bloodpop.
