Jack Garratt has revamped Phases standout “Far Cry” with the help of Little Simz.
This is the first time the English crooner and the rapper have collaborated, and it’s a pretty awesome pair-up. Amid Garratt’s poignant warbles, Simz delivers a ruthless verse in the song’s second half. “Now don’t be so eager here when you’re blowing up my phone/ I ain’t gonna call back/ Fuck I’m savage and I know I’ll come with a lot more time/ these boys can’t manage,” she boasts, her words twisting and turning over the euphoric piano-laden melody.
