Sevyn Streeter's Sizzling "Prolly" Video
Sevyn Streeter channels Mad Max in post-apocalyptic "Prolly" video. Watch.

Sevyn returned in August with Gucci Mane-assisted banger “Prolly” and reminded everyone that she’s one of R&B’s most versatile and consistent artists. If you need more proof, take a listen to “My Love For You.” The 30-year-old switches things up again — taking it way back to the ’90s on a silky smooth slow jam. “I swear it’s only you, ain’t no competition,” she coos on the chorus. “You give me everything that I’ve been missin’, that’s why I’m saving all my love for you.” It’s sweet, sultry and interpolates a Whitney Houston classic. What more could you ask for?

The “It Won’t Stop” hitmaker unveiled the Mike Ho-directed video today (September 19) and it also has a vintage vibe with fierce choreography courtesy of Fatima Robinson (previous clients include Michael Jackson and Aaliyah), close-ups of the stunning diva and some sexy car action. Think Janet Jackson circa “If” for some idea of what to expect. The breezy anthem is the second taste of Sevyn’s debut LP, which is now called Girl Disrupted. Get ready to be transported to another time and place up top.
