Chainsmokers were not happy with how they sounded at the MTV VMAs.

The Chainsmokers are on one hell of a roll. Since landing their first top 10 hit with “Roses,” Andrew and Alex have become something of a fixture at the top of the charts. “Don’t Let Me Down” cracked the top 3, while “Closer” climbed all the way to number one and has been lodged there for the past six weeks. They have cornered the market for pop-friendly electronica and helped launch/bolster the careers of their collaborators in the process. Which means that their new track, “All We Know,” is a very big deal.

Featuring rising singer/songwriter Phoebe Ryan, The Chainsmokers’ latest anthem is expected to drop later this week. “At least we got some new music Friday…,” they consoled fans during last night’s presidential debate. It’s unclear if this is a buzz track like the very good “Inside Out” or the official follow-up to “Closer.” If it’s the latter, you better get familiar with their special guest by checking out Phoebe’s hugely underrated 2016 singles “Dollar Bill” and “Boyz N Poizn.” See the hitmakers’ announcement below.
