Pia Mia Teams Up With Syph For New Single “On & On”
It looks like Pia Mia’s debut album is back on track. The 20-year-old released two singles in 2015 (international hit “Do It Again” and tropical-house bop “Touch”), but then lost a little momentum this year — focussing on fashion commitments and features. As such, fans will be happy to learn that she has a new track on the way called “On & On,” which is expected to drop on November 18. At least according to Music Week. Pia’s latest features Canadian rapper Syph, who confirmed the collaboration on Twitter.
Given the sexy, summery cover art and the “Boys & Girls” diva’s affinity for uptempo pop, don’t be surprised if this is a beachy banger. As for her debut album? Pia has been in the studio with most of the game’s heavy-hitters including Rock City, Benny Blanco, Ricky Reed, Justin Bieber, Ty Dolla Sign, Ester Dean and Naughty Boy. However, those sessions have been gathering dust for a while now, so she might have worked with a completely different set of producers since then.
