The xx Reveal Fall 2016 Eastern Europe And Japan Tour: See The Dates

It’s been four years since The xx has released its second album Coexist. We get it – they’ve been busy. But it seems that the group is officially back and planning something huge. The trio just took to Instagram to confirm that they are, indeed, back in the studio. And in addition to their 2017 Lollapalooza South America gigs, they’ve also announced a brief tour this November and December in Eastern Europe and Japan.

“It’s been a while but you’ve been on our minds,” the Instagram post reads. “We are in the studio working on our third album. It feels so good to be together making new music.

The band has also unveiled a playlist of songs that they’ve been “listening to in the studio.” The playlist features artists like Sia, Sampha, Frank Ocean and more.
