Bruno Mars Gives Adele’s “All I Ask” A Boyz II Men Remix On BBC Live Lounge: Watch
Bruno Mars is in full promo mode. In addition to posing for the cover of Rolling Stone, the singer also stopped by BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge to cover Adele‘s “All I Ask,” which he also co-wrote.
Backed by his band The Hooligans, Mars transformed the 25 ballad into a ’90s slow-burner alla Boyz II Men and showed off his 24K pipes with a few glorious belts. Perhaps this is what he intended when he first wrote the song with the British powerhouse vocalist? (Honestly though, imagine Adele singing a ’90s R&B song. She’d probably kill it.)
