Mariah Carey Is Living Her Best Life, Will Perform At ‘VH1 Divas’ Holiday Special
The (possibly) newly single Mariah Carey is closing out the year strong: an Empire role, a reality show a few weeks away, the Sweet Sweet Fantasy tour trucking along, the annual “All I Want For Christmas Is You” domination looming. And now she has been announced as a performer on VH1 Divas Holiday: Unsilent Night.
This will be Mimi’s first Divas performance since 2000, and her third time on the Divas stage overall. “I’m thrilled VH1 asked me to return to the Divas stage this year,” Carey told the network. “The Divas special offers a wonderful opportunity to perform for my fans over the holidays, which is my favorite and most festive time of year.”
The concert tapes December 2 in Brooklyn and will air December 5 at 9 p.m. ET on VH1.
