Taylor Swift Actually Did The Mannequin Challenge: Watch
This Thanksgiving, Taylor Swift did what all the teens have been doing for months: the Mannequin Challenge.
She, her younger brother Austin and pals got the basics down: For the first few seconds, everyone stands still to Rae Sremmurd‘s “Black Beatles,” the No. 1 single off SremmLife 2 and the unofficial soundtrack to the viral video craze. Taylor holds a Beats Pill speaker over her shoulder while scrolling through her phone, as everyone does at the beach. Once the hook hits, though, everyone starts dancing, which, for Taylor, actually means dropping down and getting her eagle on.
Perhaps Taylor heard of the Mannequin Challenge from Paul McCartney, who got name-checked in “Black Beatles” and participated flawlessly a few weeks ago. Watch both versions below.
