Taylor Swift is embroiled in a lawsuit against Denver radio DJ David Mueller, who she claims groped her during a meet-and-greet in 2013. According to the legal docs, Swift claimed, “He reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for a photo, and it felt intentional that would be the time he would choose to do it.”

Earlier this month, TMZ released the photo that allegedly depicted the incident playing out, and now Mueller has publicly denied Swift’s account. He appeared on the 955 Detroit morning show yesterday (November 29) and gave his version of events, saying it was nothing more than hands accidentally touching:

“My right hand — I’m looking at the photographer and I’m trying to get my right hand, you know, behind Taylor, because Shannon was on the other side of Taylor. My other hand I think was just on my belt or on my pocket, my left hand. So my right hand, I’ve got my hand closed and my palm down, and I reach behind, toward Taylor. Our hands touched and our arms crossed. That’s all I remember.”

Mueller also alleged that Swift changed her story. Hear the interview over at Page Six.
