One of the year’s best-selling singles is up for a Golden Globe award, but its composers will have some stiff competition from the force behind Broadway’s biggest smash of the year.

Justin Timberlake, Max Martin and Shellback have found themselves nominated for a Best Original Song – Motion Picture Globe for their Trolls hit “Can’t Stop The Feeling,” a Billboard Hot 100-topping single released in May. Likewise, multi-talent of the year Lin-Manuel Miranda, the man behind Hamilton, has been nominated for his Moana tune “How Far I’ll Go.”

The other three songs in the same category are “Gold” from the film of the same name (co-written by Iggy Pop), “Faith” from Sing (co-written by Ryan Tedder and Stevie Wonder) and “City Of Stars” from the Ryan Gosling flick La La Land.

The movies up for Best Original Score: Moonlight, La La Land, Arrival, Lion and Hidden Figures.

NBC is your go-to for the Globes, which air live on Sunday, January 8th. Catch the full list of this year’s nominees here.
