Selena Gomez Confirmed As New Face Of Coach

Selena Gomez has scored a partnership with Coach, as confirmed Friday (December 16). This entails appearing in the fashion house’s ad campaigns, starting next fall; designing a piece with creative director Stuart Vevers, also for next fall; and representing for Coach in its work with non-profit Step Up, which works with girls in underserved communities.

“Being able to create is my favorite thing in the whole world,” Selena said on Instagram. “I’m so excited to be part of the vision and family.”

While Coach just celebrated its 75-year anniversary, its sales have also been declining. Coach hired Stuart (Givenchy, Louis Vuitton) in 2013 as a first step. Meanwhile, Selena is the most followed person on Instagram, while having more than twice as many Twitter followers than president-elect Donald Trump.
