Fifth Harmony Post Another Letter To Further Address Camila Cabello’s Departure
So, where were we?
First, Fifth Harmony released a letter on Monday (December 19) announcing Camila Cabello‘s departure. Then Cabello retorted with a statement of her own, noting that she “did not intend to end things with Fifth Harmony this way.” And now, the four remaining members (Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane Hansen, Lauren Jauregui and Normani Kordei) are back with an additional final few words to explain their side of the story.
“We know you are hurt and confused, we are too,” the letter begins. “We know you want answers. And you deserve them, as you are just as much a part of this group as the four of us are.”
It continues, “We have tried and exhausted efforts and hearts to keep this group alive as the five of us, and we want to be very clear that unfortunately those efforts were not mutual…To watch Camila walk away from this special world we’ve build with you is tough but we will move forward together. We are excited to continue to put positivity into the world and light into people’s lives.”
