Mariah Carey Took Over Funny Or Die For Christmas: Watch The Sketches
Now this is what we call a Christmas miracle.
Just two days before the holiday, Mariah Carey took over Funny or Die by starring in eight Christmas-themed sketches, dubbed Mariah Carey’s Holiday Sketchtacular. Some of them only feature her briefly, like when she lets two incompetent managers take charge of her holiday festivities. But the best of these skits feature more Mariah, like when she reads her own version of The Night Before Christmas. (Hint: She mentions her quintuple platinum sales of her 1994 album Merry Christmas, and “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” of course.)
Up top, she holds auditions for the best Santa, American Idol-style. And in another, she leads a cooking segment on how to make the best holiday cookies — using salt as “snow” and more butter than even Paula Deen.
