Madonna's Carpool Karaoke Is Here
Madonna is the latest pop star to take a musical spin in James Corden's car.

Given that she was technically off-cycle (there was no album to promote), Madonna had an incredibly high-profile 2016 with tribute performances, fundraising concerts and an Art Basel appearance. The 58-year-old kicks off this year on a similar note with dual covers for the 150th anniversary issue of Harper’s Bazaar. It’s a typically sexy affair with the Queen of Pop crawling on a marble floor in one pic in a short skirt and corset. “Crawling my way back to work and into the arms of Harpers Bazaar,” she quipped on Instagram.

Helmed by photographers Luigi and Iango, the shoot appears to have a ’20s/’30s theme with Madonna channeling film idol Marlene Dietrich. Why the extended burst of promo? The unapologetic diva could just be finding new and interesting ways to pass the time, but she’s expected to start work on a new album in 2017. And, after the disastrous roll out of Rebel Heart, the pop icon is determined to do things right this time around. Click through her sexy Harper’s Bazaar shoot up top. The issue hits newsstands (do they still exist?) on January 17.
