Watch Backstreet Boys Take Over ‘The Bachelor’

Backstreet Boys have a Las Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood on the way, and to promote the shows the boy band legends appeared on The Bachelor last night (January 16). (They don’t even get the Most Washed Up award for the episode, as that goes to Carl Lewis, a nine-time Olympic gold medalist who trained the contestants for the “Nickathlon.”)

A. J., Nick, Howie, Kevin and Brian surprised the ladies at the Bachelor mansion, making tween dreams come true for all those ’90s babies, before taking a select few to rehearse as their backup dancers alongside Bachelor Nick for a group date.

As is tradition, the rehearsal morphed into a performing-in-front-of-a-live-audience scenario, with the contestants serving as actual BSB backup dancers in front of a few hundred people.

More:: The "I Want It That Way" lyrics, explained. Sort of.

Then one lucky “winner,” chosen based on chemistry or something, got an uncomfortable “I Want It That Way” slow dance with Nick up on stage.

Backstreet’s back, and it was…alright.
