Iggy Azalea’s “Mo Bounce” Is A Furious Banger: Listen To A Preview
Iggy Azalea isn’t taking any chances with comeback single, “Mo Bounce.” The Aussie rapper has teased the song with sexy photos, eye-watering gifs and twerk warm-up video. However, she has kept the song under wraps. That changes today (March 22) with an extended preview of the banger, which was produced by Stereotypes (Bruno Mars’ “24K Magic”) and Far East Movement. “Bounce, bounce, bounce,” the “Fancy” chart-topper raps in her trademark deadpan style. “Mo bounce in the motherfuckin’ house.”
It looks like Iggy has changed her focus from pop radio to rhythmic radio, which is probably a wise choice given the way “Team” was snubbed. There’s nothing highbrow about the subject matter (i.e. big butts), but the snippet is already stuck in my head and the explicit, Lil Internet-directed video is destined to go viral. After two years of delays, it will be interesting to see if the rapper can get Digital Distortion back on track with a hit. Listen to an extended preview below.
