Kygo and Selena Gomez's "It Ain't Me" video is a near-death experience.

It’s official! “It Ain’t Me” cracks the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 today (May 1), becoming Kygo’s first track to achieve the chart milestone and Selena Gomez’s 7th. The track, which hasn’t been actively promoted by either artist or performed live, also passed 300 million streams on Spotify — confirming its status as the biggest club song of the year. This bodes well for the pop star’s new era, which could commence as early as next month. At this point, every solo single (i.e. post The Scene) has at least cracked the top 40.

Selena landed her first top 10 hit with Stars Dance lead single, “Come & Get It,” in 2013 and repeated the feat a year later with moving ballad, “The Heart Wants What It Wants.” The multi-talented diva, who also executive-produced Netflix sensation 13 Reasons Why, really hit her stride with Revival — landing three top 10 hits in a row (“Good For You,” “Same Old Love” and “Hands To Myself”). Her other top 10 comes courtesy of a feature on Charlie Puth’s “We Don’t talk Anymore.”
