Zara Larsson's 'So Good': Album Review
Unfortunately, Zara Larsson's 'So Good' doesn't live up to its title. Our review.

Zara Larsson’s So Good LP was something of a disappointment (probably because my expectations were so high), but there are some diamonds in the rough. Like the Steve Mac-produced banger “Don’t Let Me Be Yours.” It meets the soulful-pop-with-euro-beats brief better than most, showing what the Swedish pop star is capable of when given the right material. The track is now being rolled out as the 6th (!!) single from the album and has been given a suitably emo video treatment with a rather unusual theme — teenage racing car drivers.

I like this video a lot. It feels less forced than “So Good” and has a bit of an edge. The clip also features an unusual protagonist in a young, female sports enthusiast. There are hazy close-ups, action sequences and cute, very normal-looking extras. It will be interesting to see how the song does. After all, Zara has a lot of momentum. Her collaboration with Clean Bandit, “Symphony,” hit number 1 in the UK and has gone top 10 around the world. Watch her latest visual up top.
