Looks like Justin Bieber is the king of collaborations this summer. While his features on DJ Khaled’s “I’m the One” and Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito” are burning up the charts, the Purpose crooner just hopped on Twitter to announce another song. This one is a collaboration with David Guetta, and it’s dropping Friday (June 9). Little is known about the upcoming track beyond its release date. However, there is speculation that it will be called “2U” based on a hashtag the pop star used in the tweet. Considering the French DJ’s track record, it’s safe to assume that he’s saved something hot for Justin.

It’s unclear if “2U” is a standalone single or if it’s set to kick off a new era of music for Bieber. Earlier this year he shared some photos of himself in the studio, alerting fans that he is at work crafting a follow up to 2015’s Purpose. The album gave birth to some of the heartthrob’s most successful singles including “What Do You Mean?,” “Sorry,” and “Love Yourself,” all of which topped the US charts in 2015. Since then Justin has released a slew of features, including his Major Lazer “Cold Water” that he performed acoustically at Ariana Grande’s One Love Manchester concert earlier this weekend. Hopefully “2U” will be another bop!
