Dannii Kicks Off Comeback With Club Show
Dannii Minogue performs live in her hometown for the first time in 18 years.

It’s finally happening! After a couple of false starts and years of planning, Dannii Minogue is relaunching her music career on August 11. She will perform a new single at the 40th anniversary party of Central Station Records (the pop star’s former label) and release more new music by the end of the year. “Between now and Christmas, I will be dropping more music,” the Neon Nights diva said in an interview with the Herald Sun. Dannii even gave a few insights into the rollout.

For starters, the club queen intends to release the project independently and has been researching the ins and outs of streaming. “Business-wise, this is a huge learning curve,” she quipped. Dannii also revealed that Sia gave her a song, but didn’t clarify if that was going to be the lead single or not. Whatever happens, the 45-year-old’s number one priority will be motherhood. “My main priority is being a mum; I am not going to miss out on these years with [son] Ethan, it’s so special.” See her first official music promo pic below.
