Sam Smith Teases The Lyrics Of New Single “Too Good At Goodbyes”
Sam Smith revealed the title of his comeback single, “Too Good At Goodbyes,” over the weekend and the track is shaping up to be as emotionally devastating as the title suggests. “You must think that I’m stupid, you must think that I’m a fool,” a poster promoting the song reads. “You must think that I’m new to this, but I have seen this all before.” It looks like the Brit is still unlucky in love. Which is bad for him, but probably a good sign for the quality of his new LP. (There’s nothing like heartbreak to get the creative juices flowing).
“First of all I want to say thank you,” Sam wrote in a message to fans last week. “Thank you for being so patient and for letting me have the past year to really escape into my mind & write music so freely. I feel so rejuvenated and have so many stories I can’t wait to tell you.” He then announced his comeback. “Something is coming very very very very soon. I am scared & excited at the same time.
