Camila Cabello Performs “Havana” At Radio 1 Teen Awards
Camila Cabello is in full promo mode this week. The 20-year-old shared a preview of her “Havana” video, which drops tomorrow (October 24), and performed at the Radio 1 Teen Awards in London — twice. She started with her rising smash, working the stage with a pair of backing dancers and a male love interest. It wasn’t as chic or captivating as her revelatory performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, but she sounded great and looked the part. Camila returned later for a surprise duet.
The “Crying In The Club” diva joined James Arthur for an acoustic version of his worldwide hit “Say You Won’t Let Go.” They traded verses of the ballad, before coming together for the chorus. After a slow start, Camila’s solo career is rapidly gaining momentum with “Havana.” The unstoppable track has already cracked the top 5 in major markets like Australia, Germany and the UK, and looks destined to repeat that feat in the US.
