The Most-Anticipated Albums Of 2018
From Beyonce to Selena Gomez, we round up our most-anticipated albums of 2018.

Well, this is a little unexpected. It looks like Lady Gaga is releasing a belated third single from Joanne — the emotional title track. Mother Monster has reworked the song into a piano ballad and shared a snippet on Instagram along with the ethereal cover art, which finds her riding a white steed in a silk dressing gown. The new version of the song sounds even more gut-wrenching than the original and is a nice way to bookend the era. Given the timing, it’s safe to assume that Gaga will perform “Joanne” at the Grammys on January 28.

The release is also a nice way to raise awareness and money for lupus research. The 31-year-old revealed that she’s donating to the Lupus Research Alliance in honor of her late aunt and urged fans to do the same. Of course, Joanne Stefani Germanotta died from complications related to the autoimmune disease. Gaga has previously spoken about the tragedy, telling V magazine: “Joanne is about living every day as if it’s my last… my father’s sister died when she was 19 — that was Joanne, my aunt. This was the center of the pain in my family.” Listen to a snippet below.
