A Q&A With PRETTYMUCH
We speak to PRETTYMUCH about boy band life and debut single, 'Would You Mind.'

PRETTYMUCH haven’t put a foot wrong since debuting with ’90s-channeling bop “Would You Mind” in 2017. Since then, the guys have brought their sound into the 21st century with “Teacher,” dabbled in hip-hop on the French Montana-assisted “No More” and showcased their vocals on an a-cappella called “Open Arms.” They get it right (again) on new single, “10,000 Hours” — a song they have been performing at live shows for a while now. The Oak-produced track became an instant fan favorite and it’s easy to see why. This is catchy af.

A play on the old saying that it takes 10,000 hours to became an expert at something, PRETTYMUCH want to devote that time perfecting their seduction skills. “I’ll put in the time if you let me (oh oh), I’ll fill up your mind with some mem’ries,” Austin, Brandon, Edwin, Nick and Zion declare on the chorus. “Babe I’m ’bout to take to take 10,000 hours of loving you, we gon’ get it right.” At this rate, the band already has enough songs for a killer EP. Hopefully, a larger body of work is on the way. Listen below.
