Kylie Minogue stays true to the country-pop format of “Dancing” on new single “Stop Me From Falling.” The second taste of Golden arrived this morning (March 9) and it’s every bit as cute and catchy as the first. (Think Eurovision by way of Nashville). “Should have seen the warning signs, now we’re running out of time,” the pop icon chirps on the sing-along chorus. “Kinda want to cross the line, stop me from falling — for you.” The song is a shot of pure serotonin and is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

It will be interested to see how “Stop Me From Falling” is received by fans. “Dancing” showed legs, but it didn’t chart as high as previous lead singles in key markets like Australia and the UK. Obviously, the genre change was a bit of a shock. Kylie’s 14th album, Golden, arrives on April 6. The release will be preceded by five showcases in some of Europe’s most notorious nightclubs including Berghain in Berlin and Cafe De La Danse in Paris. A tour of the UK and Ireland will follow in September. Listen to her latest below.
