It should come as no surprise that Christina Aguilera’s appearance on RuPaul’s Drag Race was television gold. The pop diva signed on as a guest judge on the season 10 premiere of the series last night (March 22), and she definitely left a lasting impression. Rocking a pastel pink wig to compliment a floor-length, diamond-encrusted gown in promotional pics from the appearance, it was clear that the “Your Body” siren was coming for weaves. However, the best surprises of the night came after the main event.

During Untucked, an after-show segment, she answered some questions about her iconic discography. In particular, she opened up about Stripped track “Infatuation” and her defining anthem “Fighter.” When eliminated queen Vanessa Vanjie Mateo asked about the lover who inspired her Latin-flavored bop, Christina kept his name secret but revealed that he was gay. “It was heartbreaking, because I found out he played for your team, not mine,” she admitted.

After Mateo laughingly pointed out that he was probably watching the show right now, Xtina said she hoped he was. The diva also opened up about the inspiration behind “Fighter,” saying that it was inspired by a lover who did her wrong. All these years later, it is great to learn more about the tracks from the artist’s critically acclaimed album.

Speaking of new music, the 37-year-old does have a song called “Feels So Good” appearing on the soundtrack for Melissa McCarthy’s forthcoming movie, Life of the Party. So far we have heard a teaser, and it sounds like a high-energy anthem. Regarding the elusive CA8, reports suggest her caviar ratchet opus is on the way, but we are unsure when. After a series of leaks last week rumors are building that something is on the way, but we are waiting for an official confirmation.

Last time Legend X provided an update, she kept things to the point by promising “it’s coming bitches.” Eventually. Revisit “Infatuation” below!
