Kylie Minogue's Glittery 'Dancing' Video
The pop icon takes a twirl at a country & western bar in her 'Dancing' video.

31 years into her career and Kylie Minogue is still at the top of her game. The Aussie pop icon made chart history over the weekend when Golden topped the charts in Australia and the UK. It was Kylie’s fifth chart-topper at home (it joins Light Years, Fever, X and Kiss Me Once) and sixth in her biggest market (the diva’s other UK number ones are Kylie, Enjoy Yourself, Greatest Hits, Fever and Aphrodite). She has now had number one albums in four consecutive decades — a feat that only Madonna has matched.

But wait, there’s more! “Dancing” is shaping up to be sleeper hit of the year — finally cracking the UK top 40 to become Kylie’s 51st entry. That’s incredible at a time when legacy acts are suffering from the inclusion of streaming data in chart stats (pop fans of a certain age don’t stream) and a lack of radio airplay. Next up is Golden’s US chart debut. There are rumors of an unexpectedly impressive start, so stay tuned for that. On a personal note, my review is coming. Coachella and life just got in the way.
