World Domination: BTS Announce Their ‘Love Yourself’ World Tour

K-pop royalty BTS are gearing up to hit the road for an international tour this fall. Things are heating up for the supergroup as they prepare to unveil the follow-up to last year’s historic Love Yourself: Her. Called Love Yourself: Tear, their latest is expected to arrive May 18. Considering their track record, it is sure to make a massive impact on charts across the globe. Fans looking for a chance to see them perform the content are in luck as they have plans to follow the release with a new tour.

The septet took to BigHit Entertainment’s Twitter today (April 26) to announce the first dates of their imminent Love Yourself World Tour. The tour has them traveling across Asia, North America and Europe, and Billboard reports more dates are expected. The “Don’t Leave Me” icons also uploaded a highlight reel from previous performances on YouTube to further stoke anticipation for the event. Featuring some tightly executed choreography and slick edits, it is obvious that their latest outing will be a must-see event.

Kicking off with a pair of dates in Seoul’s Olympic Stadium on August 25 and 26, the group will then touch down in Los Angeles for a string of shows in Staples Center. From there they will make a series of stops across America with additional performances announced in California, Texas, New Jersey, Florida and Illinois. The “MIC Drop” hitmakers also announced plans for a show in Canada before hitting Europe for one final leg. In all, they will take the stage 22 times, and it is sure to be one of the year’s hottest tickets. Check out the tour video up top then check out the dates and official announcement below!
