Christina Aguilera and Demi Lovato join forces for power ballad, 'Fall In Line.'

Well, this is a little surprising given that “Ruin The Friendship” and “Daddy Issues” exist. Demi Lovato’s Tell Me You Love Me era is already over and there will be no more singles. The pop star broke the news via a Twitter Q&A early this morning (May 29), but fans weren’t too disappointed. The reason for unusually brief album cycle is the imminent release of new music. “I have so much new music to release very VERY soon,” she tweeted, before clarifying, “could be a matter of weeks actually.”

And there’s plenty of new music to enjoy while we wait for the arrival of D7. Demi’s duet with Christina Aguilera, “Fall In Line,” arrived a couple of weeks ago and the video stands out as one of her best visuals to date. The ballad is off to a slow start, but it’s the definition of a grower, so be patient. Her collaboration with Clean Bandit, however, is already racking up huge streaming numbers and should start flying up the charts as soon as radio gets on board. Check out the 25-year-old’s tweets below.
