Streaming kings Martin Garrix and Khalid come together for a new single called “Ocean” (due June 15). The Dutch producer announced the collaboration by tweeting out the cover art earlier this morning. Given the recent success of both acts, particularly their staggering popularity on Spotify and YouTube, this is destined to be a big song. In fact, it would well be Martin’s biggest American hit since “In The Name Of Love,” his epic collaboration with Bebe Rexha, peaked at number 24 in 2016.

Since then, the 22-year-old has landed another global hit with the Dua Lipa-voiced “Scared To Be Lonely” as well as the Troye Sivan-assisted “There For You” and a pair of David Guetta collaborations. As for Khalid, his winning streak continues with two rising hits — “Love Lies” and “Lovely.” Both songs are duets with rising female artists (Normani and Billie Eilish) and both are taken from soundtrack albums (Love, Simon and 13 Reasons Why). “So excited! Can’t wait,” he tweeted about “Ocean” and that pretty much sums up how everyone feels.
