Gabbie Hanna Tops iTunes With Feisty New Single “Honestly”
YouTube sensation Gabbie Hanna makes the leap to pop star with feisty, new track “Honestly.” The 27-year-old, who released a pair of singles in 2017 (“Out Loud” and “Satellite”), is currently sitting at number one on iTunes. Not only that, but an alternate version of song called “Honestly (Encore)” is right behind it at number three. What’s the appeal? Well, the social media heavyweight says everything you’ve ever wanted to say to a lying, cheating ex on the no-holds-barred bop.
“Your words don’t hold any weight, I can’t seem to get a straight answer,” Gabbie muses in an early verse. “Don’t trust you, but who’s to blame?” The woman continues to make several points in the chorus. “Say you’re talkin’ to me honestly, but you’re lyin’ to me constantly,” she reminds Mr. Wrong. The budding diva also dropped the video this afternoon (August 15) and it shows off her knack for choreography. Watch her in action below.
