Cher’s Dancing Queen, an ABBA cover album, is truly shaping up to be one of the very best things to happen in 2018. The living legend decided to put the collection together after stealing every scene in this summer’s box office smash, Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again. Since announcing the project, she has graciously saved pop music with two singles off the tracklist. The 72-year-old kicked things off with a campy and delightful take on “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight).” She followed that up with an equally iconic rendition of the timeless group’s “SOS.” Both tracks received lyric videos, but today (September 18) Cher rolled out an official music video for the latter.

Paying tribute to the ’70s, the retro-themed visual features some gorgeous costuming. In it, an all-female cast sings along to the hitmaker’s voice. The Jake Wilson-directed release is definitely striking and celebrates girl power in a fun way. The only thing missing is the timeless diva herself. However, fans will get a chance to see Cher belt out “SOS” and some of her other hits when she embarks on her Here We Go Again Tour in 2019. She will travel North America for the first time in five years starting next January, and it is shaping up to be a blockbuster. Some of the luckiest fans will get to spend Valentine’s Day in her presence. I can’t think of a better gift.

Check out her video up top while we patiently wait for Dancing Queen to arrive in full September 28.
