You want a hot body? Then you better work, bitch. No one knows this better than the Queen of Fitness herself, Britney Spears. The living legend keeps her body ridiculously toned via an intensive workout regimen. And she generously updates us on her routines by posting about them on her endlessly iconic Instagram account. Yesterday (October 15), she sprayed herself down with her new fragrance and hit the home gym to flaunt her abs in a new motivational post. What does the “Slumber Party” siren listen to while becoming fitness goals? I’m glad you asked. She jumped rope and crunched it out in time to Selena Gomez’s “Bad Liar” in her latest update. And most of her other videos have been soundtracked by equally infectious hits. So I took on the momentous task of putting together B’s workout mix. Think of it as B In The Mix, Vol. 3: The Workout Mixtape and check it out below!

Unsurprisingly, there are plenty of pop queens and legends in the mix. Fergie’s “Fergalicious” will get you in the mood to feel the burn. And you won’t even know you’re working out if you do so while singing along to Eve’s “Tambourine” or Rihanna’s “Never Ending.” If that’s not quite your speed have no fear. How about sweating to the oldies with James Brown’s “I Got You (I Feel Good)”? It is perfect for the most humble of Insta-workout posts. Meanwhile if you’re looking for something a little more artsy fartsy, Brit is here to teach you how to walk on your hands. And what better song to center yourself to than French legend Charles Trenet’s “Douce France”? That’s just a warmup, though. Pick up the pace with a yoga routine set to B’s very own French song, “Coupure Electrique.”

There’s no shortage of Latin bangers, either. From J Balvin and Willy William’s “Mi Gente” to the Anitta-assisted “Machika,” you can put a global spin on your toughest workouts. Are choreographed routines more your thing? Well, Britney came prepared. Who’s that sexy thing you see over there? That would be the Glory hitmaker twerking to Meghan Trainor, of course. Keep on dancing till the world ends while listening to Janet Jackson’s “All Nite (Don’t Stop).” If you saw B’s most recent string of Piece Of Me shows, you can learn the choreography to “Change Your Mind (No Seas Cortes).” And how about doing some floor work to “Make Me”? Or you could always grab a partner and salsa to Shakira and Maluma’s “Chantaje.”

Toss on your Intimate Britney Spears sweat pants, press play on B’s mixtape and prepare to get in the fitness zone!
