Monsta X Interview
We speak to K-Pop Kings Monsta X about their global appeal and new music.

KIIS FM’s iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2018 rolled into Los Angeles on Friday night (November 30) and, as usual, it was a star-studded affair that delivered non-stop hits. Bebe Rexha kicked off the show by belting out “I’m A Mess” and “Meant To Be,” before Bazzi stepped out to perform his star-making anthem, “Mine.” While it’s difficult to single out one act on a bill as talent-heavy as this, special mention has to go to Monsta X. They made history by becoming the first K-Pop group to perform at Jingle Ball and blew fans away with their immaculate dancing and stage show.

What did they sing? Monsta X treated the sold-out crowd to thrilling renditions of “Shoot Out” and “Dramarama.” (They also performed “Be Quiet” in the village). The 7-member group was a hard act to follow, but Shawn Mendes and Khalid held their own. Other standout sets came from Alessia Cara and Camila Cabello, while Dua Lipa brought along Calvin Harris. The evening ended with a high-energy performance from Cardi B. The rap sensation had everyone on their feet as she dusted off hits from Invasion Of Privacy.
