Mariah Carey's 'Caution': Album Review
Here's our track-by-track review of Mariah's impeccable 'Caution' album.

Mariah Carey’s seminal “All I Want For Christmas Is You” continues to scale new heights on the Billboard Hot 100. The ultimate festive bop reached a new peak of number 7 last week (not bad for a song released in 1994) and now continues its annual ascent — climbing one more spot to number 6. While a much-deserved 19th number one hit is starting to look a little unlikely, there’s a good chance of “AIWFCIY” cracking the top five. If so, it would be Mimi’s first song to do so since “Touch My Body” topped the charts in 2008. C’mon, Lambs. Let’s make this happen!

The success and impact of “All I Want For Christmas” cannot be understated. Mariah’s Grammy-robbed anthem now stands toe-to-toe with “White Christmas” and “Jingle Bells” as an essential part of the yuletide canon. Not only that, but it has spawned a book and a children’s movie. It is also keeping the Caution queen in French champagne and the diamonds. The timeless classic has already earned Mimi a staggering $60 million in royalties — and is only getting more popular with time. Watch the iconic video below.
