All Signs Point To An Imminent Jonas Brothers Reunion
Too good to be true? People magazine is reporting that a Jonas Brothers reunion is imminent. According to their source, Nick, Joe and Kevin had a powwow at the Polo Lounge in Los Angeles earlier this month. They also pointed to an Instagram post from one of the group’s touring members as evidence. “Family Reunion,” Ryan Liestman captioned a pic with the trio. It still sounds a little thin, but when you factor in their mysteriously reactivated social accounts and the timing, it starts to make a lot more sense.
While Nick and Joe have carved out successful solo careers, they have been experiencing diminishing chart returns of late. A Jonas Brothers reunion would trigger a wave of nostalgia and publicity that could only help their individual endeavors. But don’t hold your breathe just yet. Nick denied that a reunion was happening as recently as last year. “Right now there’s no reunion planned,” he told Ryan Seacrest on the Grammys red carpet. However, the “Jealous” hitmaker did add this caveat: “But never say never — you never know what’s going to happen.”
