The rapper opens up about comeback hit 'Kream' and her aggressive, new EP.

Well, that didn’t take long! A couple of days after sharing a pic from the video shoot, Iggy Azalea reveals a promo pic and the release date of “Sally Walker.” And it’s a serve. Looking like Morticia Addams’ younger, sexier sister, the rapper poses in a coffin-like shape. Iggy’s hair is crimped and dyed silver, while her make-up (by James Charles, no less) would put any Drag Race contestant to shame. The lead single from In My Defense, the hitmaker’s long-awaited sophomore LP, arrives on March 15.

As for the song, it is believed to interpolate “Little Sally Walker” (the much-loved kiddie anthem) and was produced by J. White — the mastermind behind Cardi B’s “Bodak Yellow” and “Money.” Iggy is doing things very differently this time around. She is now an independent artist (In My Defense will be released via the hitmaker’s own Bad Dreams label) and has complete control over visuals, scheduling and single choices. You can already see the difference with the release of this single. No delays, no drama and no hurt feelings. See the artwork below.
